Shipping and process

National and international shipping, confirmed per offer.

Servers, nodes, and racks ship from the arrangement made for that order. Destination, packing, and timing are agreed before the hardware leaves.

The route is a diagram, not a timetable. Transit depends on the destination, the carrier, and customs clearance where it applies.

Where hardware can go

DACH first, and further when the offer says so.

Name the delivery country and city in the inquiry. We confirm whether that destination is one we can ship to for the hardware in question.

Austria and the DACH region

Shipments to addresses in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland are part of the regular offer. Packing follows the weight and shape of the server, node, or rack.

International destinations

Destinations outside the DACH region are arranged with the inquiry. When the destination requires customs documents, those documents are part of the shipment file. This page does not give tax or customs advice.

Heavy hardware

Plan for weight, access, and paperwork.

GPU servers are heavier and deeper than most IT equipment. A few details decide whether delivery goes smoothly.

Weight and handling

An 8-GPU server often weighs well over 50 kg, and a full rack far more. Plan a dock, a lift, or enough people at the receiving end.

Delivery site

Tell us whether the address is a business with a loading dock, whether there are stairs, and who receives the delivery. These details change the carrier and the price.

Customs and terms

Outside the EU, the shipment needs a commercial invoice and customs data. Say whether you prefer to arrange your own carrier or forwarder, and which delivery terms you work with.

What buyers can expect

The details that are fixed before pickup.

Carrier, packing, and timing are written into the offer for that order.

Confirmed with the offer

  • Delivery address and receiving contact.
  • Site access that affects a server or a rack, such as a dock, a lift, or a ground-floor handoff.
  • Packing approach for that hardware.
  • The carrier, once one is booked, and a tracking reference when the carrier issues one.

Held for the specific order

  • A single carrier named for every future shipment.
  • A transit time that applies to every country.
  • A public rate card. Shipping cost is part of the offer, not a figure on this page.

Sequence

Shipping sits at the end of the inquiry.

01

Location

The inquiry includes where the hardware should arrive and who receives it.

02

Offer

The reply covers the hardware, the quality report, and the shipping arrangement for that destination.

03

Acceptance

Shipment is booked after the offer is accepted. Prompt booking is the working practice for accepted orders.

04

Tracking

Carrier references are shared when they exist. International files include the customs papers the destination requires.
